The Position:
The Catalog Manager will be responsible to manage the Catalog Team and Product Life Cycle for automotive parts. The Catalog Manager will oversee the team's performance using data collection through SQL and Excel and assist the team in achieving their project goals. The leader will need to establish timelines and priorities for introducting new parts, research aftermarket parts and products and their interchangeability.
As the Catalog Manager you will coordinate with the cataloging staff all asssociated tasks and ongoing maintenance and assure timely delivery of catalog publications, ACES electronic E-Catalog files, PIES product information and special reports. As well as the following:
-Development of spreadsheets and databases for sales and customer use.
-Overseeing the preparation of support documentation for the release of new products ie.e. product annoucements, price schedules, order forms, product interchange reports will be an important part of this role.
-Communication between internal departments and external field sales and customers

Skills/Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Business or related field preferred
-SQL and MS Office (Outlook/Excel)
-Experience with AAIA ACES and PIES, Auto Parts Retailers and Major WD Standards
-Strong math skills (fractions, measurement, unit conversion, etc.)
-Auto parts cataloging or parts counter experience
-Technical experience is a plus
-Photoshop experience is a plus
-Basic DOS command skills is a plus
