Director Of International Sales

This person is responsible for the mangement of the export market channel which includes all countries exclusive of the US & Canada. The number one priority is to effectively manage this market channel to effect profitable growth. Key responsibilites include:

 

  • Work with exisiting customers to strengthen relationships and build sales volume
  • Identify new business opportunities & develop strategies to expand the customer base and grow sales
  • Work with product management in the development of the correct range of product to meet market need and demands
  • Management of the international team of representatives
  • Attend Industry Shows and customer events
  • Preparation of forecasts, budgets and required reports
  • Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional communicaion skills
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • A minmum of 5 years of global aftermarket experience
  • Bi-lingual in English & Spanish; both written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally (40%)
