This person is responsible for the mangement of the export market channel which includes all countries exclusive of the US & Canada. The number one priority is to effectively manage this market channel to effect profitable growth. Key responsibilites include:
- Work with exisiting customers to strengthen relationships and build sales volume
- Identify new business opportunities & develop strategies to expand the customer base and grow sales
- Work with product management in the development of the correct range of product to meet market need and demands
- Management of the international team of representatives
- Attend Industry Shows and customer events
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and required reports
- Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
- Exceptional communicaion skills
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills
- A minmum of 5 years of global aftermarket experience
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish; both written and verbal
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally (40%)
